Ingredients

Small sub sandwich buns
Meatballs (3 meatballs per sandwich)
Marinara sauce
Fresh mozzarella cheese
Mt. Olive Italian Peppers (we used Sliced Pepperoncini, Jalapenos, and Banana Peppers & Onions)
Fresh basil, to garnish
Mt. Olive Kosher Baby Dills and Mt. Olive Italian Pepperoncini, skewered on a toothpick, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook meatballs per package directions and then toss in 2-3 tablespoons of sauce.
  2. Toast buns, then split and spread with sauce.
  3. Toast buns, then split and spread with sauce.
  4. Layer with fresh mozzarella, Mt. Olive Italian Peppers and meatballs.
  5. Add additional sauce as desired then toast in a 300 degree oven until the cheese is nicely melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil, more peppers if desired and skewer sandwiches with a toothpick. Enjoy!
